“Amazake/Miscellaneous Goods Cafe Kome Dreaming” is a place where dreams are put into rice, and through the possibilities of rice, people will fall in love with Japan even more. I was born with this idea in mind.

We carry original special amazake drinks, rice flour sweets, ethical accessories made from rice, fermented skin care, and other miscellaneous goods.

The amazake drink was developed in collaboration with fermentation experts "Yamaguchi Kojiten" (founded in 1873). We offer a wide range of flavors, including plain flavors that allow you to enjoy the natural sweetness, as well as tomato, kinako, corn, and unusual green juice amazake.

・All drinks are vegan (as of November 2023)
・All sweets/sweets are vegetarian-friendly (some are vegan-friendly)
・Skin care is also vegan (some uses beeswax and propolis)
