At AWOMB nishikiyamachi, you can freely combine about 50 kinds of seasonal ingredients such as obanzai using seasonal vegetables, fruits, herbs, condiments, etc., and make original hand-rolled sushi with only vegetables.

Shojin cuisine that does not use animal products such as meat and fish. Seasonal obanzai lined up on the plate are each seasoned differently.

It is a dish that can be enjoyed by many people, including those who refrain from eating animal products, pregnant women, and those who feel that they are not eating enough vegetables.

The vinegared rice is made with rice cooked with Koshihikari rice from Tamba and organic quinoa, combined with a special sushi vinegar blended with seasonal fruit juice. You will become addicted to the light texture and the gentle flavor of the fruit.

All original sweets and drinks are vegan.
