具材は、チャーシューの代わりの大豆ミート、かいわれ、生姜、青菜、ナッツ。
麺はロカボ麺なので、ヘルシーではありますがコシがしっかりとあり、かみごたえもあって満腹中枢が刺激されます。
また、ココナッツ味噌スープもかなり濃厚なので、かなりの満足感なのに、途中で絞るライムのおかげか最後まで飽きません。
ヴィーガンかつ、ヘルシーでこの美味しさなので仕事の後によく寄ってしまいます。
