海外シェフとのコラボもするビーガンカフェ
海外の方も多いお店で、美味しいメニューが並んでます。トマトとセロリのポタージュはどちらの野菜の味が生かされているいつもの味です。更に今回は海外から再訪のProof’s placeさんのサンドイッチとミソキャラメルチーズケーキを頂きました。見た目も味も美味しかったです。

表参道の青学の隣にある8ablish。ランチはスープ、サラダ、パスタなどがありますが、いつも頼むのが写真のスブラキプレート。お豆腐やテンペで作られた串焼きと、玄米、サラダ、日替わりのスープがセットになっています。ここのテンペが美味しくて、おうちでも真似したくなります！
