Green café Tsukioto

Green café Tsukioto is a macrobiotic café using a lot of organic food ingredients in its dishes.

We don't use any animal food ingredients, white sugar, or refined salt. Our brown rice, millet, vegetables and fruits are organically sourced, or they are grown without any fertilizer or chemosynthetic agrochemicals.

Other food ingredients are either organically sourced or without any chemosynthetic additives. On top of this, our seasonings are specially selected which follow the traditional manufacturing processes.

We serve whole grains such as brown rice and millet as a staple food, and side dishes are prepared with organic food ingredients without any animal ingredients, white sugar, or refined salt. We also serve desserts and drinks.

We are planning for various 'food' related events so that our guests can enjoy by participating, such as macrobiotic cooking class. Please look out for our forthcoming news!
