We have named our hamburger "PANBURGER" because it is made with bread which is carefully produced by local bakers using Koshigaya-grown wheat, and vegetables are the main ingredients. We use 100% plant-based bread made from carefully selected ingredients to sandwich the local specialties.
This Japanese-style burger is finished with a teriyaki sauce made with a base of soy sauce made from the traditional round soybeans of Shodoshima, Kagawa Prefecture.
